Events Marketing Coordinator

Breezeway is hiring an Events Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative Marketing team, making an immediate impact on our brand and demand growth initiatives. This role will oversee event coordination and association management, coordinate our robust webinar calendar, be heavily involved in content creation, and more. At Breezeway, events and webinars are pivotal drivers of brand visibility and market demand, making this position instrumental in our continued success. What You'll Do

  • Responsible for managing the logistics, reporting, and budgeting of webinars and in-person events.
  • Lead the coordination of conference and association sponsorships, ensuring efficient logistics and impactful deliverables to enhance our event presence and strategic outreach.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to identify event attendees, manage travel logistics, facilitate speaking opportunities, and more.
  • Oversee the development and management of event collateral and booth assets with a freelance designer.
  • Support event and webinar content creation; blog posts, whitepapers, infographics, case studies, etc. 
  • Foster pre and post-event effectiveness through client communication, sales communications, and internal feedback.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Measure event and webinar campaign impact through Hubspot reporting.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • A confident and articulate communicator, capable of championing your viewpoint while working collaboratively across the team. 
  • A positive and proactive team player, eager to contribute to our fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to effectively juggle multiple projects with competing priorities.
