This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service and unless otherwise noted, all references to "we" and "Breezeway" include Breezeway.io (the " Website") and Breezeway Homes, Inc. (the "Company").

Breezeway is not responsible for the privacy policy statements or other content on websites outside of the Website.

This information is used for the operation of the Site, to maintain the quality of the Site, and to provide general statistics. As a condition of your use of this Service, you warrant to Breezeway that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to agree to these Terms and form a binding contract and that you will only use this Service for legitimate, lawful purposes for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. If you have a Breezeway account, you will safeguard your account information, keep it confidential and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by anyone other than you. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Service, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Service is revoked in such jurisdictions.

How Personal Information is Used

Breezeway collects and uses your personal information to operate its Site and deliver the services you have requested. Breezeway may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Breezeway and its affiliates. Breezeway may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Breezeway may post customer stories or testimonials on the Site, which may contain personally identifiable information. If you wish to request the removal of your customer story or testimonial, you can contact us directly to do so.

Children Under Thirteen

Breezeway does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA").

Opt-Out Unsubscribe

We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from Breezeway that are promotional in nature. Opting out of receiving communications with us does not affect our communications with you via telephone or email related to products or services you purchase from us. Users may opt-out of receiving communications from Breezeway by contacting us at info@breezeway.io.
