Partner Marketing Manager

Breezeway is hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to join our  team!  This role focuses on driving new business through collaborative co-marketing initiatives with our partners. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying, nurturing, and managing partnerships to create mutually beneficial opportunities. They will possess the skills to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, enhancing brand visibility and driving growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, project management skills, sales and relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of marketing strategies to maximize the impact of our partnerships to identify opportunities to bring sales opportunities through the funnel.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners to drive awareness, engagement, leads, and sales.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and business development to identify partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, acting as the primary point of contact for all co-marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the development of joint marketing assets such as collateral, presentations, webinars, and case studies.
  • Drive the execution of co-branded campaigns across various channels through collaboration with other marketing functions
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of co-marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the successful implementation of co-marketing initiatives.
  • Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients and employees from partner companies
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities to inform strategy and decision-making.

What You'll Bring

 

  • 5+ years of experience in partner, affiliate, and channel marketing
  • Proven experience in partner marketing, co-marketing campaigns, partnerships, or business development within the technology sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Experience in Hospitality, PropTech industries are a plus
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, with a proactive and results-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in partner marketing and co-branding initiatives.
