What You'll Do

• Oversee and steer all aspects of the finance and internal accounting activities, including interim and year-end financial reporting process, billing, payroll, revenue, and expense analysis/management.
• Provide regular, accurate, and meaningful financial reporting in an easily digestible format to the management team and key stakeholders.
• Provide support to management for financial forecasts, budgeting, and analysis.
• Work with management on budget and report variances.
• Design and build reporting systems for senior leadership and other departments to accurately track SaaS KPIs including churn and expansion.
• Coordinate the preparation of monthly financial statements and reporting for investors and key stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop budgets and reporting to monitor and enhance the financial performance of each business unit.
• Manage wire processing and cash controls.
• Execute additional finance duties as necessary.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a SaaS business.
• Progressive career development in corporate accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Detailed understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
• Experience managing month-end / year-end close processes.
• Strong working knowledge of SaaS metrics.
• Excellent accounting software and administration skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including maintaining financial models.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
