Breezeway’s team of safety experts have developed a robust safety inspection course for short-term rental operators. Coined as Short-Term Rental Safety Inspector (STRSI) training, the program empowers and trains individuals to identify safety shortfalls in short-term rental properties. Breezeway’s STRSI course provides the tools necessary for property care professionals to identify and eliminate safety hazards at rental properties.
I'm super excited to be a Breezeway certified safety inspector. We plan to start adding in safety inspections as a benefit of registering with our property management company when we present to prospective owner clients. We're going to spend some time promoting this service, and I encourage my business partner and owner relations manager to take Breezeway's course as well.

I was ecstatic when I came across the Breezeway STRSI program. The course afforded me flexibility to study at a time convenient for my schedule, the opportunity to educate and support owners in protecting their investment, and assurance that our guests have safe experiences. I just can't say enough positive things about Breezeway's STRSI program, and my experience with the entire Breezeway team.
We implemented a comprehensive safety certification program to keep staff engaged during the pandemic, and to be best prepared for when bookings resumed. I worked with Breezeway's safety expert Justin Ford to certify my team of nine managers as 'Short-Term Rental Safety Inspectors'. We've informed our owners that safety inspections will be a requirement for us moving forward, which will accompany our general inspections.
