Tell us about Reva!

Reva was created out of our own frustration as vacation rental managers, trying to make sense of the overwhelming number of reviews coming in from multiple channels. We found it challenging to develop a cohesive strategy for responding to reviews, understanding guest feedback, and effectively managing our brand reputation. As part owners of Village Realty, we were disappointed by the lack of solutions in the market, so we decided to build a better one ourselves.

What makes the Breezeway + Reva integration unique? 

The Breezeway + Reva integration is the first of its kind in the industry, creating a strong link between property operations and guest review data. Managers can easily connect their accounts to consolidate all historical reviews from various channels and OTAs into a single, centralized dashboard. From there, they can use AI to generate and respond to reviews on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo, and download trend reports to pinpoint problem properties, uncover insights, and publish their best reviews directly on their website to boost direct bookings.

What makes the integration with Breezeway extra special is how managers can transform their reviews into operational insights. Because Reva categorizes every review into attributes, including cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality, managers can easily create and assign Breezeway tasks directly from each review. Our ‘staff performance’ reporting also helps managers track, measure, and reward staff performance based on real-time guest feedback.

How would you differentiate Reva’s capabilities from other tools on the market?

Reva’s capabilities stand out in the market, particularly in addressing the pain points of guest review management for hotels and vacation rentals. While there aren’t many players that truly solve this issue, two core aspects differentiate us. First, our integration with Breezeway allows us to provide operators with deeper insights into their reviews. Breezeway then helps turn those insights into actionable tasks that improve business operations. Second, our advanced machine-learning technology removes the guesswork from interpreting reviews. Our team’s deep roots and experience in hospitality technology, combined with a strong understanding of the vacation rental management workflow, further enhance the effectiveness of our solution.

What impact does Reva have on the guest experience, and why is this important?

The ones who come out on top will be those who can effectively leverage their data, using every available data point to fine-tune their operations. And, naturally, guest reviews will play a big part in that process.
