Local property managers on Breezeway find your profile and send you job offers. Each offer shows the scope of work and the price, so you know exactly what you’re agreeing to. You choose which offers to accept.

We send you an email and a push notification as soon as a manager picks you for a job. You don’t have to check the app or bid.

A job is paid through Breezeway once it’s marked complete. The money goes straight to your bank account, usually within a few days.
