All Tasks on Mobile
Supervisors and Admins can see every task from the app, filterable by team member, property, or task type, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Task Template Management
All templates are now searchable and filterable in one place, making it simple to standardize and update processes as your portfolio grows.
Bulk Add Task Tags

Service Provider Experience
Users invited to the Breezeway platform in the "Service Provider” role now have tailored experience made just for them. Features like a simplified navigation and the ability to view task details on task offers, gives them a better way to manage work and assign work in bulk across their teams.

Smart Inbox
Let AI do the conversation sorting. Smart Inbox highlights urgent guest issues (like lockouts or broken appliances), and can be tailored to your needs, so your team can respond faster and avoid negative reviews.
SMS + WhatsApp
Communicate with international guests using WhatsApp. Existing clients using Messaging with SMS can enable WhatsApp as an additional communication channel, allowing international guests to reach you easily, no matter where they are from.
Assist hours by channel
Set separate coverage hours for Calls and Messaging to ensure every guest request is handled promptly, while giving your team the flexibility to manage their specific workflows. Note: This will be available to all accounts by 10/3.
Departure Tips
Guests can leave tips digitally for cleaners directly in Guide. Tied to task completion, this boosts morale for staff and gives guests an easy way to say thanks.
Upsell Refund Controls
Offer Upsells with confidence. Our new refund flexibility lets you keep guests happy while protecting your bottom line.
Near Real-Time Booking Loading
Booking updates flow into Breezeway almost instantly from Hostaway, OwnerRez, Track, Airbnb, Guesty, and Streamline, so your team always works with the latest data.
Guesty Task Updates
Task status changes sync back into Guesty inboxes, reducing toggling between systems and keeping everyone aligned.
Export to Partner Tracking
A new status view confirms successful exports to your PMS, with automatic retries built in to prevent data loss.
Rename Integrations
Manage multiple PMS or channel integrations with clarity by renaming them in-app.
Track Owner Charges
Track clients can export line-item costs directly as Owner Charges or Vendor Bills, improving transparency for owners and accounting accuracy.
In-App Add-On Management
Track clients can self-manage add-ons in-app instead of going through Breezeway support, speeding up workflows and giving you more control. Coming soon to other available PMS integrations.
[New] Accountable integration
Closing the books just got a whole lot faster with Breezeway + Accountable. Our newest integration with Accountable makes every charge instantly trackable by property and task, right from the field via SMS. No more lost receipts, cost leakage, or end-of-month chaos.
