Breezeway Summit brought together more than 125 vacation rental operators in Destin, FL for a day focused on one thing: operational excellence.
From the first session to the cocktail reception, the energy in the room was palpable. This wasn’t just about Breezeway product updates; it was about sharing strategies, solving real challenges, and helping operators walk away with practical ideas they could put into action immediately.
Actionable insights that drive results
Across sessions on workflows, reporting, messaging, and owner communication, attendees gained clear, tactical ways to improve day-to-day operations. Whether it was better leveraging task templates, strengthening owner reporting, or optimizing guest messaging, operators left with concrete next steps, not just inspiration.
Many attendees shared that they walked away with a stronger understanding of how to fully utilize Breezeway’s capabilities and felt more confident in maximizing the platform within their own organizations. Libby Brown from Royal Destinations shared, “We learned so much about the new features added to Breezeway that we may have otherwise overlooked. In our Learning Lab session with a member of the Breezeway team, we resolved a mapping issue with our PMS export charge templates that we have been working on since Day 1. The benefits of that 1-on-1 time far exceeded all of our expectations.”

Hearing how others approach staffing, workflows, and growth provided validation, fresh ideas, and a reminder that operational challenges are often shared and solvable. “The Breezeway Summit was great for our team,” said Elisabeth Yoho with Harris Vacations. “We were able to learn, network, and share ideas. We hope there will be more in the future. The Breezeway team did a great job of putting on a successful and enjoyable summit.”

Overall, the Summit was a great opportunity to hear what the Breezeway team is working on, see some of the team face-to-face, and really dig into various parts of the system.”
