The Breezeway Airbnb Reviews Report reveals that Breezeway clients have seen their average overall review score improve from 4.59 to 4.82 (+0.23%). The improvement in average overall review scores doesn’t come at the expense of portfolio growth. In fact, we found property managers have grown their portfolios by over 450% during the same time period.
The improvement in average overall review scores is primarily driven by enhancements in the Cleanliness and Value subcategories. Historically, Value has been a challenging subcategory for hosts to influence. However, rather than lowering prices, hosts can improve the perceived value by enhancing the overall guest experience.
