1. Eligibility

The 2025 Breezeway Property Operations Survey Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to Breezeway clients who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Breezeway and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Breezeway Homes, Inc., located in Massachusetts (“Sponsor”).

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on Monday, July 7, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Friday, August 1, 2025 (“Entry Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the Property Operations Survey distributed by Breezeway during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):

To enter without completing the survey, send an email with your full name and company name to marketing@breezeway.io with the subject line “Survey Giveaway Entry” by 11:59 PM ET on August 1, 2025. All alternate entries must be received by the deadline to be eligible.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $250 Amazon gift card (Approximate Retail Value: $250 USD). The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Friday, August 8, 2025. The winner will be notified via email no later than seven (7) days after the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

9. Privacy

Contact information submitted for the Sweepstakes will only be used to administer the drawing and notify the winner.

10. Winner List

The Sponsor may, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable laws, provide confirmation that a winner has been selected. Any such request must be submitted in writing to marketing@breezeway.io no later than August 22, 2025. Sponsor reserves the right to limit the information shared in order to protect the privacy of the winner.
